There's a zoo at Pt. Defiance in Tacoma.
The zoo has a pair of baby Siberian Tiger cubs.
A few days ago, I went to the zoo
without children in tow for the first time
since I was a teenager.
It was just me and my friend Adrienne
and our cameras. On a photo field trip.
Zoos are fun when no one's whining.

That would be a great outing. The pictures are great. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right ... the zoo is fun without anyone whining! Mr. Dragon and I love the zoo ... unfortunately the summer is too hot to visit! Can't wait until October and then we'll go in the afternoon, around 3 PM when all the kids have returned to school and the buses are gone and we can find a place to park!!!!!!! Fun shots!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my, what an adorable collage! Great images; thanks!

Wonderful mosaic - love the otter sunning himself! Our son always thought the point of the zoo was to see how fast we could go from the entrance to the exit - I was the one whining! Have to try this by myself. (;
ReplyDeleteHi, very awesome mosaic! Have a great new week!

ReplyDeleteMeri,
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous. I would like to know how it is done. I have no idea, but it is so beautiful and the pictures of these animals so dear. I love the tiger and her cub, the colors are stunning and the photo is very engaging. the polar bears and the seal are lovely too. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteDear Meri, just by chance I saw that you also lost some of the picture of your fellowers, it is the same at my blog, don't know how to fix it. It is like it is.
