Celebrating the Virgin - Day 2

Soft eyes eternal.
Fire burns in her belly,
 in her Sacred Heart.

Celebrate the Virgin in her many forms and guises
(with an attempt at Haiku)
By joining with Rebecca and her tribe.

A Young "Our Lady" and the dear 'Sacred Heart" ~ lovely ~ thanks, namaste, Carol (A Creative Harbor) linked w/corazon VAD for Dec
Ooh, I love the juxtaposition of soft eyes eternal with fire burning in the belly. Very strong, Meri. Really reaches out to you. Beautiful picture of Meri! By the way, there is always growth in lost as well as found love. When we lose the love of another, we sometimes learn to love ourselves even more and better than we did before. At least I like to believe that is true. :)

Fire burns in her belly--words I have never seen linked together describing Our Lady before. But, I like this.
